About Us
Founded on a passion for cycling and a commitment to providing exceptional service, Simon’s Town Cycles has undergone a transformative journey. In July of 2023, Ed van Rensburg took the reins of the business, formerly known as On-The-Go Scooter & Bike Rentals, and infused it with new energy. Recognising the potential to create a community hub for cycling enthusiasts, Ed rebranded the establishment as Simon’s Town Cycles, marking the beginning of a thrilling chapter.
The expansion continued with the introduction of our bike workshop, equipped to handle all bicycle repairs and maintenance needs. In November of 2023, Tyron and Walter, passionate people with a shared love for cycling, joined our dedicated team. Their expertise and commitment to quality service have played a pivotal role in establishing Simon’s Town Cycles as a go-to destination for bicycle enthusiasts in the community.
